The staff at Laule'A went above and beyond to help us retrieve our forgotten belongings. They made every effort to arrange postage and we are incredibly grateful for their efforts. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views and a delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at a new guesthouse in a vibrant location. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was strong. The breakfast at Oceane Brew next door was delicious. The best part was the helpful front desk person who got me onto Tour A when Tour C was canceled. I would recommend this guesthouse for its excellent location and helpful staff.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hostel! The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the heart of the town, making it so easy to explore and access all the activities and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. I also loved that the room had air conditioning, which was a nice escape from the heat.

That there were ants in the room. It wasn't a huge issue, but it was a bit unexpected and not something I'm used to seeing in accommodations.

Good a/c, perfect bed, super comfortable! Cosy room, helpful and kind staff. Early check-in allowed, like being part of the family. Highly recommend for friends visiting El Nido.
